Getting started
How does working over WhatsApp actually work?
You send documents — a photo of a receipt, a forwarded invoice, a bank statement — to our WhatsApp number. Your accountant records everything and messages you back. No app to install, no portal to log into.
What do you need from me to start?
Your trade licence, basic business details, and access to your bank statements. We handle the rest during onboarding, on WhatsApp.
What's included
What do you actually do each month?
We keep your books up to date, reconcile your bank, issue and chase invoices if you want, and prepare your VAT and Corporate Tax — then file both with the FTA.
Do I get a dedicated accountant?
Yes. A licensed accountant is responsible for your books and your filings, and is the person you message.
Filing & compliance
Do you file with the FTA on my behalf?
Yes. Our licensed accountants prepare and file your VAT and Corporate Tax returns for you, before the deadline.
Are you licensed accountants?
Yes — qualified, licensed accountants do the work and take responsibility for what's filed.
Do you handle both VAT and Corporate Tax?
Both. We register you where needed, compute each from your books, and file them.
Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?
Plans start from AED 899/month, priced by your monthly transaction volume, with everything included. See the pricing page for details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with 30 days' notice. Your records are always yours to export.
Data & security
Is my financial data safe?
Your records are encrypted, kept private, and never sold or shared. You can export everything at any time.
Switching
I already have an accountant — is switching a hassle?
No. We collect what we need from your current records during onboarding and take it from there. You don't stop trading to switch.
My books are a mess of spreadsheets. Can you still help?
Yes. We do backlog and catch-up accounting to bring you fully current, at a founding-cohort discount.
